The sample is a PerilScore report hosted in the app. View the sample report . Use the report itself as the source when reviewing field values.
This page is a reading guide. It does not reproduce report values or imply that the sample represents a customer property or a typical result.
Review each field with its basis
Start with the property identity and the submitted building details. Confirm that the report is matched to the intended location and that its construction, occupancy, area, and valuation context agree with the submission or are clearly marked for review.
For each displayed value, identify whether it is user-supplied, observed, sourced, estimated, or unavailable. Follow any source name, date, and limitation shown in the report. When a source date is unavailable, treat recency as an open question and request stronger evidence if it affects the submission.
Read peril results with their factors
PerilScore’s natural-peril report scores use a 0–10 scale. Read each score with the factors and property characteristics shown alongside it. The score is a triage signal, not a probability of loss or an underwriting decision. Crime is separate area context and trend, not a seventh natural-peril score.
For any result that matters to the placement, ask what evidence supports it, whether the data applies to the correct building, and what could change the interpretation. A report may help focus follow-up, but it does not replace inspection or underwriting judgment.
Turn the review into a useful handoff
Record the report date, the fields accepted for the submission, any mismatches, and the evidence still needed. Keep corrections tied to the right location and building identifiers when moving data into a schedule.
Continue with the property submission checklist and the SOV template and data dictionary.
