Keep source evidence and unresolved questions with the submission. PROPERTY IDENTITY [ ] Address components are complete and normalized. [ ] Location and building identifiers distinguish multiple buildings at one site. [ ] Named insured, occupancy, and building use are clear. [ ] The property match is confirmed or the uncertainty is documented. BUILDING AND COPE [ ] Construction, year built, stories, and area are supplied or marked unknown. [ ] Occupancy and any mixed uses are described specifically. [ ] Roof and major renovation details include source and date when available. [ ] Protection information is supported or flagged for follow-up. [ ] Exposure observations are tied to the correct building and source. VALUES [ ] Building, business personal property, and time element values are separated. [ ] Total insured value reconciles to the submitted components and conventions. [ ] Replacement-cost context is distinguished from market value and coverage amount. [ ] Material assumptions, missing inputs, and conflicts are visible. EVIDENCE AND HANDOFF [ ] Material fields identify whether they are submitted, observed, sourced, estimated, or unavailable. [ ] Source dates and limitations are recorded where relevant. [ ] Imagery, permits, inspection notes, and other evidence match the property and building. [ ] Natural-peril results are read with their factors and source context. [ ] Open questions name an owner or requested next evidence. [ ] Original submission data is retained alongside normalized or enriched fields. This checklist supports preparation and review. It does not make an underwriting or coverage decision.
